frozen, and the buttons have no effect. |

A. Press the reset button, this can be accessed through
the small hole in the back of the case. (superclips with
black box, let the clip go flat or disconnect the battery). |

A. Make sure you have installed the USB drivers correctly
on your PC, download and reinstall them, make sure your
Superclip is fully charged. |

A. You must use the USB Motorola cable not the PS2. |
